As you know when disaster strikes it's never at a convenient timeHowever I learned if you have the right company working with you then and only then can you begin to feel some reliefMy blessings go out the ServPro of West Forsyth County as they were so professional and courteous as they worked with me and my family to do remediation of the water that destroyed every floor in my home as well as the furniture in the downstairs area This is not the first time that I have had a need for a restoration and or remediation team as we have a number of rental properties, but this is team that I will choose going forwardNot only will I use them in the future but I will also recommend them to others Again thanks to everyone who had anything to do with my project.-Very Pleased!

Jeff M*** and his team with ServPro of West Forsyth County helped us make lemonade from a very “sour” situation His professionalism was instantly present on the first visit and carried through on each of the communications he had with us, whether via phone, email, or face to face His willingness to be open, honest, and communicate freely was tremendously important to us
We had water damage that had ruined about square feet of our den floor Jeff made multiple stops and worked constantly to get us the best resolution at the least cost ServPro was very sensitive to our need to live in the house while the initial part of drying things out took place
ServPro had quality subcontractors who helped with floor replacement and refinishing as well as plumbing issues as we ended up having to replace the damaged floor and refinish about square feet
Jeff’s team finished on schedule, moved furniture in and out without damage, and went out of his way to meet our least concerns We are confident that if we ever have to use this type of service again, we know whom to call
