Hi, my complaint # is in the subject, I wanted you to see just what my insurance sent me. I received the pay detail grid and the cover letter of the attached [redacted] Copy.
But my insurance company is saying I was sent that 13 page document that is not true, I now am still waiting for Servpro to send me an itemize list and also the contract I signed. As far as I know we were signing for equipment being left in our possession and returned.

Again, the company has not supplied an itemized list of work done. Yes, my insurance company contacted Servpro for the services...icwould not have chose Servpro. And the agent is no longer employed with [redacted]. There is still work that is uncompleted - I want an itemized bill.

Please be advised that this loss occurred 10/18/2012, The job was completed and the customer signed a Certificate of Satisfaction and indicated a very high recommendation for our company on 10/22/2012. She received monies in full from her...

insurance company but failed to pay us.Many attempts were made to contact her. Finally a payment plan was established. She made (3) payments in the amount of $100.00. After some time many attempts were again made to contact her to no avail.
We then gave to our collection agency. Shortly thereafter she contacted the office and stated that she didn’t authorize us to do the work. We advised her that she signed an Authorization for us to perform services on 10/18/2012 and then there is a Certificate of Job Satisfaction on 10/22/2012.
She was provided an itemized statement of changes by our company. There was also a copy of the itemized charges attached to her check she received from her insurance company.
To answer as to her desired settlement-billing adjustment, yes she will see a billing adjustment. Inasmuch as there have been collection services and an attorney involved at this point there will be an adjustment. She will actually see a final bill that is much higher than her original amount.
