Lengthy delays in repairing an insurance damage claim. Over 9 months to complete the repairs.
Very difficult to contact to arrange meetings to discuss relavent topics.
Once the work was completed, was notified that fees and interest would be charged if I didn't pay them within 30 days....and yet I had to wait through 9 months of additional mortgage payments while not being able to sell my house.
No offers of discount, or even a "sorry". Just a nice notification that if I'm not on time, I'll be charged extra.
Theis company will never perform another job for me.
