Review: We had a pipe to burst under our house. We found that the pipe had burst on Dec 2, 2013. Around the third week of December, 2013, we were given the naming of Servpro, being told that they were very highly recommended. Since they have started work, the time spent on-site has been very hap-hazard. They have not yet put in 3 entire days. About a week ago, they removed their drying equipment saying that the crawlspace of the house was completely dried. We crawled under there 2 days later and found that there was water dripping still from the wood. Also, now mold is appearing inside the house. They showed up today and said they did not want to work with us any longer and accused us of putting water under the house ourselves. They also contacted our contractor who was going to rebuild the house after the bad wood was removed and convinced him that we were causing the water problem ourselves and therefore, they will not be coming back. We are afraid they may have said this to our home owners insurance company, which would make it difficult for us to complete this cleanup of our home.Desired Settlement: Is there anyway that the Revdex.com could determine if Servpro has done this type of thing before? If so, could documentation of this be provided to our home owners insurance company? And also to our contractor?

SERVPRO of Winston Salem North was hired to perform services for the resident of the previously stated address in the complaint. SERVPRO did remove itself from this job when the relationship from the client became abusive. Our client did accept our resignation and as of this moment all issues have been resolved. The home owner is waiting for SERVPRO to submit a bill for the services rendered. SERVPRO has decided not to charge for the crawlspace cleaning services that the client was not satisfied with.

The accusation that SERVPRO has made false allegations that have caused the repair company to resign are false. I spoke to the owner of the repair company yesterday, and received confirmation that they are still working for the home owner.

I do have recorded information that can confirm the verbal abuse that SERVPRO had to deal with before the decision to resign was made.
