Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledge people worked on the home, without permission from me though I acknowledge paperwork was FORGED also by Servpro, which is a major offense I asked for drying records, moisture readings, and more info to see what they supposedly even did on the home - I asked times or more - it was never given to me I didn't authorize the work and the satisfaction form was FORGED I was willing to speak and work with them within reason, even though I never had a contract with them and they FORGED documents, but they have been unwilling to in the fact that they didn't even record the proper documentation that is standard to back up any work supposedly done It makes me wonder if the bill is inflated and just like the other forged documents After the General Manager told me I signed the FORGED document also, which I know I didn't and I had never seen it before, I knew what type of organization I was dealing with and requested everything that was relative They refused to give it to me If they don't want to be reasonable we will continue to pursue this in any way possible They never even sent an invoice, copy of the contract (which I obviously never signed), detailed billing, or anything until December and they charged interest back from March, which does not match their contract even (which I never signed in the first place!) In March of 2015, Servpro was called to Mr***’s house by his brother *** ***Servpro had a working relationship with *** *** ***, the ***s’ companyThey had referred a handful of jobs to us and *** *** called our production manager when his brother *** had water damage in
his home*** signed the contract as the authorized representative and Liberty Northwest approved us to go ahead and do the workWe invoiced the job April 6th. On May 11th, we spoke with *** *** at Liberty and were told that the claim was under investigationLiberty eventually denied the claim and informed us we would need to pursue payment directly from Mr***We put a lien on the property to protect our interestsFinance charges on the balance were calculated at 1.5% per month as permissible by law. When it looked like the property was going to sell, *** *** emailed our General Manager and tried to get us to reduce the balance owing, stating, “If we can't settle around or 50% of whatever that lien is then I am backing out of the sale and it'll get rented. At that point I will have to pursue getting the lien removed and Servpro won't get any money.” We refused to settle, and Mr*** then contacted our bonding company, the CBIC and the Revdex.com trying to intimidate us into lowering our billThe property sale has since gone through and we will be paid for our work out of escrowIf Mr*** wishes to pursue the matter, he is free to file suit and explain to a judge why Liberty denied his claim and he was forced to pay his obligation to Servpro from the sale of the home

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The contract wasn't signed by myself, nor did Servpro ever contact me, talk to me about the work, they never sent a bill or invoice.  Only a lien for the supposed work.  I work in this industry and know this is NOT standard practice.  Most importantly I attached the FORGED certificate of satisfaction that they claimed I signed.  I have the email to support that.  That is fraud.  Simply put

We are at a loss as to just what Mr. [redacted] expects the Revdex.com to do on his behalf.  As stated previously, he has never said that we failed to perform the work at his home. Nor has he ever indicated the work was sub-par in any way. When his insurance company investigated and ultimately denied his claim, the work was already done. Payment then became his responsibility, and we were paid from the proceeds of the sale of the home. As far as we are concerned the matter is closed.
