I responded that I wanted my windows washed When he was done, I let him know I was not happy with his attitude and planned to make a complaint (this would have given him a second opportunity to apologize), he left without a word I called Serwas to voice my displeasure and asked the owner (who has been to my home) to call me, as I would think he would want to know how his employee treats a customer He never called back So, farewell Serwas By the way, I have consistently recommended this business over the years to many, many people Those same people will now hear my new opinion
