I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
[First I do agree they fixed the issue for me to redeem the remaining points I had That was no longer an issue The thing I disagree with is the following One, some of the points I finished redeeming were for a sweepstakes which I was forfeited because they banned my account for accusations before the sweepstakes was finalized Second, this business did not respond in the allotted time frame which this complaint was closed, so their accusation of my using what ever script they claimed I use should not be permitted to this record Lastly, this script they claimed I used...First, I have no clue how to write a script...or even where to begin...let alone for a tablet or smartphone Second, there program is a program that should a task exist, then you can complete that task to earn points However they program the app or programs is not my problem...if they left an option open, didn't limit the time frame or what ever the case, that allows a person to repetitively collect points on that task, then that is the problem or responsibility of the business Any game of any sort that is developed by a company that a glitch is evident of the game that should their be complaints by other users or disagreement by the developer, then it is the responsibility of said developer to fix the glitch and the user is not to be punished because that was not the fault of the user and was not cause by any form or cheats or even scripts Therefore, this is the responsibility of mSessions to resolve that issue and fix that issue I manually did the task with endless hours and sore wrists to earn every point I ever earned This was manual labor and by labor laws was earned income for completing tasks or which was like jobs Them punishing me is like firing me for doing my job Wrong in every sense of the word I have multiple witnesses that can validate that in no way was a script ever used I showed them exactly what I did to earn the points without a script what so ever It's called tapping the objective, when the moment is right you pull down and refresh the page and it added five points Continuously doing this manually without any script is manual labor and was again the businesses fault and not mine I have every email ever sent to me by mSessions and this Rebecca clearly admitted it was their fault that they did not program the amount of time allotted between collection of points of the twitter option and therefore when it was redeemed it did not close off the twitter option for a specific amount of time On top of that Rebecca said that using multiple mSessions programs to earn points that the system wouldn't accurately reflect the points in the system cause it didn't know how merge the points together It is all logged into a central system therefore logging into the same account no matter the program or site will in fact accurately merge the points together I noticed that if I had on one site and logged into another, that I would still have the exact same amount of points I am a disabled veteran and one thing I do not appreciate is falsely being accused of using a script which in fact I did not and have no knowledge of knowing how to create one and let it be known I wish to have that accusation stricken from the record That will be all.]

Please note he was not locked out of the system and could gain points, but just cannot redeem them.SessionM has implemented a fix that now allows this user to redeem which he has done.In reviewing this user's account we found proof that this user had run a software script on an uncapped tile in early December of last year, gaining approximately $200 from us.This is a clear violation of our Terms of Use and his account has been suspended.SessionM considers the issue closed.

[redacted] (our customer service software service). From what we can gather from his statement is that the email he received stating the receipt was rejected indicated to email help@[redacted].com versus us. The three forwards he is speaking of are all directed to [redacted] is a vendor we use to confirm purchases via receipt scanning. We did locate his receipt and it is a [redacted] product but bought in bulk so we don't believe it was included in the SKU list developed between us and [redacted].Regardless, we will be contacting the consumer via [redacted] to explain to him what happened and we will be comping him the 1300 pts as his receipt is within the parameters of the promotional campaign.SessionM considers the issue closed.

We found [redacted] in our member database. He issued his first customer service ticket on July 6th. He issued 9 additional tickets in regards to his original issue which were merged into his original ticket. One of our customer service agents responded on 8/8, asking for more information. He...
