This statement is obviously fabricated by *** ***. Mr*** *** has done work for us before
repairing a hole in our ceilingThis is the only reason we hired *** *** for the job, we based his performance from prior experience that was
performed by himself and his nephew So,
why would Mrs*** purposely damage material that we paid? *** *** required a deposit of $
that was paid in advance which shows on our contract
The fact of the
matter is *** *** was way over his head with this job and had no idea
what he was getting himself intoWe are the victims here and all we want is
the quality work that *** *** promised time and time againMrs*** we have been very blessed financially has no reason
to purposely neither damage nor scam anyone for money. This has been a nightmare each and every time
I go into my Kitchen to see the awful job that was done my *** ***
Yes, we have cameras in our home along with footage/conversations
that my husband and I had with *** ***
I called the police right after he left due to the
altercation we had He left very upset
and threaten us to come back to our home The police office is also a witness of the
quality of work that was complete by *** ***
My husband and I can also provide before and after pictures
from the time *** *** enter and exited our residence of the work that
was done. For this very reason we made
sure we took pictures each and every day of the progress of his workThis has been a lesson learned for my husband and I we now
know to ALWAYS check credentials before hiringWe thought *** *** was a
man of his word and being that he done such a good job with the ceiling that he
would knock this project out with no problem.
I guess repairing a HOLE is obviously a no brainer in this case The proof is in the pudding J
Buckle your seat belts we going to for a rideThanks in advance,
Mrs***

We have a signed contract for
specific work done at the *** home. On the contract is the number
of the tile sample Mrs*** marked herself. Mrs*** also then
signed the said contract agreeing to everything in it. The contract
states that money for materials be
paid up front by the ***, then the
balance for labor would be due upon completion. The *** still owe
$200 for material and $for labor.
After the contract was signed, Mr
*** informed us that we would only be able to have access to the job
site from between 6:pm up until pm or midnight. We would never have
taken the job if we'd known this beforehand. On three occasions
we had plans to meet Mr*** at the job site and they arrived over
hours late twice and didn't show up at all once. The delays for completion
were due to the *** scheduling constraints.
Furthermore, Mr***
told us after the contract was signed that he personally must be present
anytime we were on the jobsite. He specifically said he was concerned
with strangers around his home. Mrand Mrs*** have cameras all
over the outside of their home and in every interior room. In fact, I
knocked on the door late one evening (arriving for work on THEIR SCHEDULE) and
when Mrs*** opened the door, I saw that Mr*** had his *** ***. After that it became awkward and uncomfortable as the ***
would stand very close by and stare at us as we worked.
We did over $in extras at no
charge trying to satisfy the *** It was at this point we realized
they were not paying. At this time, we began taking pictures of the
jobsite. On 4/13, the job was completed to perfection. We even
challenged them to call in any professional they chose to inspect the
work. The *** refused. They also refused to pay. We
returned on 4/to try again to get our money and we saw then that someone had
obviously sabotaged the counter top. The day before, it has been tightly
secured to the adjacent walls and I have a picture showing this. Now, it
appeared to have been deliberately loosened and a nail had been driven in the
wall. My picture from the day before DOES NOT SHOW THIS
Also, of note, I heard a heated
phone discussion between Mr*** and an auto upholstery company shouting
that he wasn't paying for their completed work. Mr*** hung up and
laughed to his wife. It was clear that this is a pattern with the
***. They have work done and then refuse to pay. But we have
pictures and a signed contract and we are filing a mechanic's lien on the
*** property for $1200. I stated this in a text to Mr
***. Afterwards, Mrs*** phoned me and told me not to contact
them again.
Cordially,
