Insign in for a 6 week trial of the program . and I attent twice and never go back again because the program wasnot for me. but they keep charging me in my debict card . I went there I tlak to them amd they said they will call me but they have not . they dont want to return the momey.
signed up for 60 days for $60 trial on 7/3/18. This agreement rolls over after the 60 days which she signed for on her agreement. Her first payment of $59 came out on 9/3. She came in on 9/4 to cancel this membership. This was processed on 9/5 and officially terminated on 9/6. A cancellation notice of 30 is also required and was signed for by *** on her agreement.
She made $60 to start this trial and $59 for her first month after her 60 trial came up. I am not sure where her request for $177 comes from but per her agreement and what was signed for she is not entitled to any refund.
I have attached both her agreement and cancellation form with the proper signatures. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.
Bad experience. My wife and I cancelled our membership. Wife fell trying to get on a machine. Fractured her left wrist in 3 places. Not 1 call from this gym inquiring as to her well being.Minimal staffing that day. 1 instructor on the workout floor. Other instructor talking to member at desk. Stated at beginning there would be an instructor on each side of workout floor. Not true. Not a SAFE ENVIRONMENT for novice members.
A call was made in attempt to evaluate and resolve the situation mentioned in the above comment.
