Set Point RX of Weymouth

I have contacted Fitworx by writing in email (their policy for cancellation) only to have no response . I followed up with a post on *** only to have my post deleted. I booked an appointment for 7pm on a workday night. I received a text message reminder to be on time for my appointment, and also received an email. I left work early be on time and take traffic into consideration. Upon arrival I was told "Oh, it looks like he cut out early for the day". There were no other night time appointments open as well. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment after work. FitWorx does not respond to emails or texts, nor do they return calls. I cancelled my membership the next day by email (they told me they need it in writing) but 5+ days later, I have yet to receive a follow up. On another occasion I showed up to complete training on the "yellow" side and the trainer insisted I do the "green" side, this would mean I would have had to sign up for more appointments to get the yellow side complete when I simply wanted to be able to come and go when I want due to a crazy schedule. After I asked him three times to please check, he finally did and apologized that I was correct. There is no consistency with communication. This is a program, but how can a program be successful without consistency? Bad business form to ignore your customers after charging a fee, worse is to delete comments instead of addressing issues head on. I changed my schedule to be at your location Monday night, where was the person I booked my time with?
