Review: Hello I am SO FRUSTRATED w/Seterus. I have called numerous times and have sent in written request for a PAYMENT HISTORY from 1/2014-12/2014. I have logged onto my account via the website. However the information only goes back so far 11/2014 to present. I initially made my first call in March 2015. I explained what I was looking for and was assured w/I 7-10 days I would receive the information. That time period came and went and again I called and also wrote into the company for the requested information. Again I was told it takes time and I was placed on hold over an hour with no results. I just called yesterday and spoke to a representative, [redacted] she was helpful and really went out of her way to get the department to fax me over the information by the end of their work day 8pm. Before concluding the conversation [redacted] mentioned the company sent me the information on 4/14/15 via USPS mail. Yet that could be but I never received it. I can only think it got lost in the mail. Otherwise I wouldn't be calling so many times for this information. Needless to say NO FAX(es) came over. I called back today after being told to call back if the information did not come through. I did as I was asked. Still nothing. I spoke to supervisor [redacted] and still no results. He said he was trying to help and could hear my frustration in my voice but yet no PAYMENT HISTORY faxed over. It's 7:55pm EST and still nothing. All I'm looking for is the payment history from 1/2014-12/2014 so I can refinance my home. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
