Revdex.com:
It took about six weeks to get this matter resolved. They did finally purchased back to Ford focus and I traded for a Ford Escape. Unfortunately it took...
over a week longer than they stated to actually get the Ford focus paid off so it shows as a late payment on my credit history for a vehicle I no longer had. Hopefully this can be resolved soon. I'm happy with the Escape but this will definitely be the last time I ever buy from Seth Wadley. I had also referred a friend to purchase a car from them (before all the confusion started)and the person I sent was told that they would send a referral check to me and my husband for the referral on the car that they bought and of course we never got anything. It was [redacted] and her husband, they purchased a Dodge Charger. I'm pretty sure the vehicle they bought had issues and is currently at the dealership for repairs.
Overall I'm just glad it's over! Sincerely,
[redacted]
We initially mailed the title to the Buena Park, CA address which was given to us at the time of the transaction. Richard called us gave us the new address in Compton, CA.
We were able to redirect USPS to the new address, but USPS sent the title back to us for non-delivery. At which...
time we overnighted the title via FedEx to the Compton, CA address.
Please see FedEx Tracking document attached as proof they received and signed for the packet on 12/9/2016.
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2015/12/01) */
Seth Wadley finally refunded the truck. I was not given an explanation as to why the delay, but they did refund the price of the truck in full.
[redacted] and [redacted] sold their vehicle to Seth Wadley Auto Group on Tuesday, Jan 2nd, 2017. The vehicle had a loan balance at Weokie Credit union which we paid off and received the Lien Release from the credit union on Jan 10, 2017 at which time we issued a check to...
the customer for the difference. Our policy is that any equity back to the customer will only be paid once we receive a free and clear title for the vehicle.

The 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 was purchased by [redacted] and finanched through Bank of America. All of the documents indicate [redacted] as the customer, not her business. The Chrysler warranty she purchased was for use on a personal vehicle, it was...
not a commerical use warranty. It is true that Chrysler covered the first repair no knowing the vehicle was used for commerical purpose. Chrysler Rep came to the dealership to perform an inspection for the second repair and discovered the commercial tag on the vehicle and thus declined coverage. Chrysler has since cancelled the warranty policy and refunded Ms. [redacted]. The refund is based on the high mileage driven since the purchase.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I clearly communicated the vehicle was purchased for commercial use. It is the dealerships responsibility to sell a warranty that is designed to fit the needs of the customer. Two "commercial" semis were accepted as down payment for the 2011 Dodge. The commercial tag was on the truck for the first repair that was covered. I've had nothing but trouble with this truck since the minute it was driven from the dealership. I have asked Seth Wadley to stand behind the truck and product they sold as a reputable dealer. They have not done this. They have refused to accept any responsibility.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2015/07/31) */
We are working with the customer's attorney on a settlement.
