Good EveningI am sending this email in response to a letter I received on February 14, This letter was in reference for a job I completed for Mrand Mrs***#***Her complaint did not detail the issues and what we have done so far to address these issues, so I wanted to
provide a list. The issues the homeowner currently has/had are the following:bolts needing installed on porch for a porch swingcommode flushes slower than normalbreaker in the master bedroom is trippingpiece of trim (drip edge) needs reinstalled most recently (she emailed me on the 12th of February) that she has a low spot around her septic tank where dirt has settled a bit and wanted me to come out and take a look. What has been done thus far: my siding installer was going to install the bolts that were to be supplied by her, she had the wrong size bolts so he could not installHe said he would be out again to install new bolts that she supplies. the commode has always worked, however, she said it flushed slowlyWe went out and it was fixed on Feb 16thmy electrician has been out prior and looked at the breaker in the master bedroom, that still seems to be tripping on occasion. He was actually out there Friday (Feb 16th) while she was there and after numerous attempts at fixing it and trial and error, it was determined that it was her TV that was causing the breaker to flipShe is calling the manufacturer. My roofer came out to replace the drip edgeHe fixed it on one side, but was unaware there was an additional piece on the far side of the houseHe said he would go back out to fix. I was just notified about the dirt settling on the 12thI will go out promptly to look at it. I have been in regular contact with Mrs*** since they moved in to address her issues in a timely mannerI have not ignored any of her calls. We are currently working on getting all of her issues resolved and service calls scheduled, which is why I was a bit shocked to receive a letter from the Revdex.com. The *** have my house phone, my cell phone, my wife's cell phone and our email. I would hope one would exhaust all options of contact, and doing so numerous times, prior to filing a complaintIn this case, I have record of only a few emails and phone calls over a months time frame in regards to the issues aboveAll of which, I have responded to.My wife had responded to her email sent last week and called both her cell phone and house phone to set up a time to come outThese calls were made prior to us receiving the letterWhen the letter came in the mail, I called Mrs*** again to follow up. The most concerning issue with this whole scenario is that Mrs*** denies filing a complaintShe told me that she knows nothing about itThat she was so sorry, but it was not herShe said that it was perhaps her husband who did itShe stated that he was angry last week when the TV tripped and perhaps he wrote it out of angerShe admitted to this on our phone call on the evening of February 14, If it in fact was her husband, I would like to note that I have not received a single phone call or email from himAll calls/emails have come directly from Mrs***, which have been properly followed up on. If this is the case, it seems that he used the complaint department to vent his anger, rather than picking up the phone to give me a call to let me know that the issue still remainedI would've called my electrician immediatelyRegardless, I have been in construction for over years without one single complaint filed, as I make good and honor all of my work and treat customers and people with respect.Rest assured, as I do with all of my customers, this issues will be addressed and fixed, as was always the case. I would like to say that there was somewhat of a misunderstanding as to what the issue was and everything has been resolved with this business. If you need additional information from me please let me know. *** ** ***
