I went to look at a vehicle that Sevan Auto Group had listed for sale on their website for what seemed like a great deal for a good car The car was in the lot and I proceeded to look at the exterior and interior of the car which were both in very good condition At this time one of the employees of Sevan Auto Group explained to me that there were a few item that needed to be replaced and/or fixed before any sale would take place, one of which was a recall item which prevented me from taking the car for a test drive They explained to me that until they had a "serious buyer" or a "down payment" they would not begin to do the work that was need to sell the car After speaking further with one of the employees, he told me that the car would be brought to Tulley BMW to have the recal item fixedand that I could contact them in a few days to see if the car was back at the dealership and ready for me to test drive About a week later I received confirmation that Sevan had got the car back from the Dealership, this lead me to believe that the car would be ready for me to go and test drive I once again drove mins to the dealership to find the car not there, again The explaination this time was that something was wrong with the Electrical/Computer in the car and they were waiting on the part so that they could fix it It this point I was starting to get a little annoyed but I wanted this car so I proceeded to put a Deposit on the car in the amount of $to hold the car for when it was fixed and 100% ready for me to drive (I don't know about anyone else, but I wasn't about to buy a car that I hadn't driven) I received a call from Sevan that "the BMW was ready and I could come look at it at any time" Keep in mind that I work a typical mon-fri job and they were very aware that I would not be able to come look at/drive the car until the weekend I was out of state on Saturday and was not back in time to look at the car then, but assumed since I had a deposit on the car that it would be held, as they told me, until I could come drive it I arrived at Sevan on Sunday morning just shortly after they opened or find out that the car had been soldON SATURDAY MORNING! What was the point of the deposit? Where they going to call me and tell me that the car had been sold so I didn't waste my time, once again, driving mins to find NO CAR?! Lastly, were they going to automatically refund my Deposit of $100? No

I recently bought a Mitsubishi Endeavor from Sevan auto group and I had an excellent experience. The dealer was very attentive but not harassing. Their prices were very reasonable and the vehicles were in fantastic shape. I had looked at two other auto dealerships inventory and I found that Sevan's were by far the best deal as well as quality I had seen.
I was looking at three different vehicles and took one out for a test and when I got back to the dealership the other cars I wanted to test were ready and waiting for me to take out for a test.
I highly recommend Sevan auto for anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.
I purchased a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid from Sevan Auto Group on March 4, 2016. I bought it virtually sight unseen because it came with a 90 day "bumper to bumper" warranty, Hondas are usually very dependable cars, and it looked very good from the pictures that they posted on the internet. The warranty was the last document presented for signature in the sales process. The warranty only included labor charges and did not cover the cost of any required parts; virtually a worthless warranty. I was delayed almost an hour after I paid them for the car because they had to remove the illegal dark window tint from the front windows, something that should have been done prior to putting the car up for sale.
The car was sold to me with 2 open airbag recalls that I would have to take care of myself and also without an inspection sticker because apparently they had just replaced the battery and the emissions sensors would need to be reset. On the way home from the purchase I noticed the IMA (integrated motor assist) light on. The next day I noticed the bottom front spoiler and all the wheel opening shields were virtually falling off. There was also a panel in the trunk that was lying on the trunk floor.
I called [redacted] and made an appointment to get the 2 open airbag recalls taken care of on the following Monday. I asked about the IMA light when I was there and they told me that the NiMh battery pack for the electric motor would need to be replaced; a very expensive repair. They told me that I should take the car back to Sevan and get my money back because as long as I owned it, it would be nothing but a money pit. A check on Google as to the cost to replace the battery pack told me the cost would be $3,800.
I called Sevan the next day and was told I would have to speak to the manager who was out of town on business until Friday. A 40 minute conversation with the manager was in vain. He did not feel any obligation to make it right with me. I had the car for less than 2 weeks and drove it less than 100 miles.
It is my opinion that Sevan Auto Group is a very unscrupulous dealer that should not be dealing with the public. I would suggest that no one should even consider the purchase of a vehicle from them.
