It is the Bank’s policy that a Power of Attorney will allow the agent to access the Bank account and withdraw fundsFor each individual access to the bank account we need the Power of Attorney presented for proof that the power of attorney has not been withdrawn or updated Because of the access that E-Banking gives we do not allow E-Banking to be set up for an agent via a Power of Attorney; furthermore, for this same reason we do not issue debit cards to an agent The agent however, can set up an agent account and have both a debit card and E-Bank access given to them Please come into the Bank and request an agent account and the Relationship Banker can assist you with your needs Sorry for the inconvenience
