I am rejecting this response because: There is need to set up other accounts when the durable power of attorney gives me legal rights to the existing account.  The legal document superceeds the frivolous policies

The customer's check was retrieved from the ATM and sent to the branch for customer pickup on February 3rd.  The customer had not activated ATM deposit capability with the bank, which caused the transaction error.  This capability can be set up at any branch.

It is the Bank’s policy that a Power of Attorney will allow the agent to access the Bank account and withdraw funds. For each individual access to the bank account we need the Power of Attorney presented for proof that the power of attorney has not been withdrawn or updated.  Because of the...

access that E-Banking gives we do not allow E-Banking to be set up for an agent via a Power of Attorney; furthermore, for this same reason we do not issue debit cards to an agent.  The agent however, can set up an agent account and have both a debit card and E-Bank access given to them.  Please come into the Bank and request an agent account and the Relationship Banker can assist you with your needs.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
