Not only is this company egregiously disingenuous and dishonest they are keeping approximately $850 of my money for travel insurance four trips that have been cancelled and I have been unable to take for a year-and-a-half but they don't cover the pandemic so basically they only cover while you're on the trip will I haven't taken the trip how are they keeping my money on top of that Amanda told me today it's like car insurance if you don't have an accident you don't get your money back I told her no but I also don't pay car insurance on a car I haven't bought yet ! I am contacting the Florida insurance fraud agency they are doing this to school-aged children and making money in unison with EF TOURS to keep thousands of dollars of students and their families money because of a pandemic for which they have received bailouts I haven't received a bailout and between the two of them they have $20,000 of my money, and neither one has given me any back since I started requesting it in March the insurance commissioner needs to look into this company he wasn't and their unfair business practice as long as you are keeping my money for a service they did not provide for a trip I did not take
