We have recently received your complaint from Revdex.com & have reviewed your caseThe goal at days pediatrics has been & will remain providing exceptional care to our patients.In this instance, your account had a balance of $ for services provided on 9/through
9/& you as well as your husband were repeatedly requested to either pay this amount in full or were given an option of enrolling in a payment plan. In spite of this pending balance, your children were seen in our office on the following dates11/, 11/29, 12/13, 1/12, 1/& 1/On 1/12, you were again informed about the pending balance which had aged over daysAgain in spite of this balance, our office saw your child for a sick visit.On 1/an agreement was reached between you & our office that you would pay $ monthly towards this balanceAt this time, our office had informed you that we would not be able to offer any additional services to your children if the installments were not paid in a timely mannerSadly as you did not make any payments ,as agreed upon ,we had to refer you to an emergency care.As of today, you do not have any pending balance with us & the medical records were released to youAs per our office policy, you were charged $ per child for their medical records.We wish you & your family the very best for the future

As discussed previously, our office has responded & resolved the issues pertaining to complaint number ***.The charges were waived as a one time courtesy, in spite of insurance not covering these chargesA letter has been sent to Ms.*** as well & a response has been posted online

I am rejecting this response because: this office never admitted to their wrong doing and banned me from the practice even though that particular practice wasn't my main dr. My doctor was in a different office but because dr. [redacted] owns the entire practice I was banned from there as well.
