please stop contacting our company about this issue we told the customer times now the item was not in stock and was refunded, and we have the emails to prove it, that they already received a refund and even sent them copy of the refund they continue to harass us about this issue which is illegal we already had to put a stop and block all the harassing emails this person is sending to us we do not want any more emails and this needs to stop immediately out of tens of thousands of orders we get this one person who is illegally harassing us and if she keeps it up she will be owing us for all the time she is wasting our company on her thank you
