Hi ***, my name is Nick Keserich Srowner of Seven Hills Lanes since Over these plus years, we have held thousands of birthday parties with only a handful of complaints I have sat down and talked to both employees that were on duty that day, both employees have been with me for several years The following are the accounts from my employees First concerning the handicap ramp, we have a regularly scheduled boy scout group that meets once a month, and has been our customer for years They always use the ramp and started minutes prior to Mrs [redacted] s party Mrs [redacted] s group consisted of and year old children who did not need the ramp to enjoy the bowling portion of the party, but did have one toddler and my employee explained to her the safe way to help the toddler with the ball The party proceeded and both employees observed the children and their parents enjoying themselves and having a good time As far as the complaint concerning the employees "Friends" I found out that these "Friends" were repeat customers that had held a 40th birthday party and a previous childs party at the bowling center The employee had previous contact with this customer and had a personal rapport with this family Both on duty employees stated that all three groups that occupied the center were given the same amount of attention And to the final complaint of stolen video game tokens, this is what actually happened Each child is given cents and all money is given to parent The parent is responsible to supply each guest with their tokens We have many video games in the bowling center, some are cents and some are cents Each machine is marked accordingly and have coin slots Mrs [redacted] handed out her coins, and the kids started playing, confusion started when the children were putting money into both coin slots and not getting credit because it was a cent game My employee explained the situation to Mrs [redacted] , and took quarters from his tips and gave each child their credit on the machine Apparently this situation happened again where the children were not being closly supervised and only put token in and a child from the other party put the 2nd quarter in and played the game This is what Mrs [redacted] is referring to her tokens being "Stolen" My employee explained our policy of handling the token situation and apparently she became disgruntled I was horrified, when I read in her post that she did not want to eat the food because of possible contamination Each hot dog and bun were wrapped in individual foil, she chose not to eat the food, but did partake in potato chips and several pitchers of soda For her to post such an immature and unfounded claim is beyond my comprehension She claimed to have video and knew me and was supposed to contact me I reached out to her on facebook, wanting to see this video and put an end to this situation After days of no response, I again posted on facebook and was getting upset with the lack of video evidence and offered to meet her at a neutral place, like the police station so I could get a look at this video I finally got a response from a friend of Mrs [redacted] s explaining the situation Please find included the facebook posts Sincerely, Nick Keserich Sr

Hi [redacted], my name is Nick Keserich Sr. owner of Seven Hills Lanes since 1994.  Over these 20 plus years, we have held thousands of birthday parties with only a handful of complaints.  I have sat down and talked to both employees that were on duty that day, both...

employees have been with me for several years.
The following are the accounts from my employees.  First concerning the handicap ramp, we have a regularly scheduled boy scout group that meets once a month, and has been our customer for 7 years.  They always use the ramp and started 45 minutes prior to Mrs. [redacted]s party.  Mrs. [redacted]s group consisted of 5 and 6 year old children who did not need the ramp to enjoy the bowling portion of the party, but did have one toddler and my employee explained to her the safe way to help the toddler with the ball.  The party proceeded and both employees observed the children and their parents enjoying themselves and having a good time.
As far as the complaint concerning the employees "Friends" I found out that these "Friends" were repeat customers that had held a 40th birthday party and a previous childs party at the bowling center.  The employee had previous contact with this customer and had a personal rapport with this family.  Both on duty employees stated that all three groups that occupied the center were given the same amount of attention.
And to the final complaint of stolen video game tokens, this is what actually happened.  Each child is given 50 cents and all money is given to parent.  The parent is responsible to supply each guest with their tokens.  We have many video games in the bowling center, some are 25 cents and some are 50 cents.  Each machine is marked accordingly and have 2 coin slots.  Mrs. [redacted] handed out her coins, and the kids started playing, confusion started when the children were putting money into both coin slots and not getting credit because it was a 50 cent game.  My employee explained the situation to Mrs. [redacted], and took 2 quarters from his tips and gave each child their credit on the machine.  Apparently this situation happened again where the children were not being closly supervised and only put 1 token in and a child from the other party put the 2nd quarter in and played the game.  This is what Mrs. [redacted] is referring to her tokens being "Stolen".  My employee explained our policy of handling the token situation and apparently she became disgruntled.
I was horrified, when I read in her post that she did not want to eat the food because of possible contamination.  Each hot dog and bun were wrapped in individual foil, she chose not to eat the food, but did partake in potato chips and several pitchers of soda.  For her to post such an immature and unfounded claim is beyond my comprehension.  She claimed to have video and knew me and was supposed to contact me.  I reached out to her on facebook, wanting to see this video and put an end to this situation.  After 4 days of no response, I again posted on facebook and was getting upset with the lack of video evidence and offered to meet her at a neutral place, like the police station so I could get a look at this video.  I finally got a response from a friend of Mrs. [redacted]s explaining the situation.  Please find included the facebook posts.
Sincerely,
Nick Keserich Sr.
