I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] This dispute is simple to resolveSeven hills motorcar inc stated in their EBAY auction ad that this car was in Excellent condition(needs nothing) Yet when I took delivery of car there was no gas one key Stereo system is faulty and the low coolant light was onAlso there is a special lug nut key that is missing and ABS light came onAll these matters cost me money to resolveThis is because of Seven Hills Motorcars incompetenceHold him responsible for his actionsWhat goes around comes around.

I have attached a photo to this message that was in the ad.  It shows all the keys that were present and shipped along with the car.  We made no claims in the ad or at any other time that there were additional keys to what is shown in ad.   Also in our ad was a very extensive video...

showing some of the functions of the car.  The video can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/ugvBWzVhtUs .  Please note that at approximately 50 seconds into the video we show the stereo working properly.   Additionally, Mr [redacted] made no effort to contact us or attempts to resolve this issue before leaving us negative feedback on eBay that included false accusations stating, “Car was paid in full. Never delivered car or title. This guy should be in jail.,”, leaving a negative review for our business on Google, leaving a disparaging comment on our YouTube account that stated, “Pissed me off. If Bt were worth any thing this guy would be a Millionaire.,” or before filing this case with the Revdex.com.   Our ad also states that, “We invite and encourage you to examine the car in person or have the car inspected.”  Mr. [redacted] had ample opportunity to inspect the car himself or have it professionally inspected before the purchase and he declined to do so.   We have also attached a copy of the Federal Buyers Guide to this message that was signed by [redacted] that specifically states that car was sold “As Is – No Warranty.”  That form signed by Mr. [redacted] also states the buyer will pay all costs for any repairs and that the dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs.     Tell us why here...
