Seven Hills Pet Hospital

Sad to say Seven Hills Pet Hospital has taking a turn for the worst. Seven Hills has been our go to place for years and we would recommend them to all of our friends. However, we are thinking about looking elsewhere. Customer service has declined so bad that this place is no longer recognizable. They will not know if you have an appointment, or not. Even when you show them you confirmed the appointment both with e-mail and text. They will try to charge you items covered in your wellness plan. They will tell you your wellness plan has expired although it is automatic renewal. They used to also see you in a room when you had an appointment. Now you just sit in the reception room. I guess that's better then having to stand in the parking lot.
