Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I did report the missing parts as soon as it was discovered that they were missing and was told that seven motors would check into it next thing I know the shop is totally cleared out and shut down and no one was informed of there "merging with Houston office' until after it was done seems to me they would inform there customers that this was happening also I moved the automobile on the suggestion of Diamond Warranty due to the "shady practices" that seemed to be involved {Warranty company's words} but I agree!!! Just doesn't seem very "business like" to me The parts are still missing and have had no contact from Mr Samuel as to replacement of the parts

We spoke to the customer several times in reference to her issue. The repair in question was not totally covered by the warranty, and she choose to have the car moved to another mechanic facility in hopes they would repair the vehicle for the amount the warranty company was willing to
pay. The customer was provided with a warranty through our vendor Diamond Warranty and all repairs and costs are subject to their rules and guidelinesAs for the missing parts, we are unaware of any parts missing at the time the vehicle was removed their was no claim of any parts missing, this complaint only surfaced later

Revdex.com spoke with the complainantShe said that she put the car in the shop on July for a completely different issue than the engineWhile the car was in the shop, the shop personnel said that the car had begun "knocking" due to engine problemsShe moved the car to another shop per recommendation of the warranty companyImmediately, when the car arrived at the new shop, it was inspectedThe personnel at this shop quickly noticed and told her that the EGR valve and airflow box were missing

Businesses response via phone conversation:We don't do returns because she bought it as is. The only thing we can do at this time is to help her fix the car to her satisfaction per her 6th month warranty. Her warranty is currently still valid.

As per phone conversation with [redacted]: ** did not have any information about the missing parts. He stated that they could not have been missing upon the initial sale of the car. After the customer complained, he said he looked for any extra parts in the shop and did not locate any of the parts she mentioned to him.
