Renewed passes but failed to send $80 worth of Amazon cards which were part of the deal.
On May 7 2013 I purchased 4 "Pass of All Passes" cards from Seven Peaks through Citydeals.com. The passes were renewed, but the Amazon cards worth $80.00 were never received. I have contacted their corporate offices on multiple occasions with no success. [redacted] returned my call once and verified the fact that the cards were never sent to me. She said they would be shipped as soon as they arrived at their office. [redacted] ex. [redacted] About six weeks ago, I received an email stating that Seven Peaks had changed the way they would deliver the cards...that it would be in an email. Don't quite understand how that would work. Since then, I have called repeatedly and left messages on the voicemail at the above phone number and have received no response.
