The customer did have to exit the carwash because of an equipment failureAs he was directed out of the carwash tunnel and an employee DID direct him to follow the exit to his right and we would clean the soap left over on his vehicleA sign was placed 75-feet behind the customers vehicle to
keep any more cars from pulling in to the wash areaThe customer did not follow the employees instructions and continued to back up to where the sign was placedThe sign was clearly in view as the customer backed his vehicle out further than instructedNot only did the customer back into the sign as he was in control of his own vehicle, he also proceeded to drive forward over the sign after it was in his clear viewAll of these events have been saved on video for further viewing and evidenceThe carwash nor its employees are responsible for the damage caused to his own vehicleWe will not pay for damage that was caused by careless and neglectful driving caused by the owner of his own vehicle

customer complaint and would like to formally give you our stance on what happened in this instance. We have a full time manager on duty at all times at the washThe owners of the wash are not there during the daySo when a complaint is made at the wash, it is the manager's job to field the complaintWe always try to make good with all of our customers because we appreciate the business and their continued loyaltyBoth owners and the manager are aware of this instance at the washAt all of our locations, we have cameras (both live video and full audio) for situations like thisWe wash thousands and thousands of cars a day at our locationsThis particular "complaint" of an "unusual screeching and scraping" is something that we have never heard ofIn fact, the track that the car is on when it proceeds through is simply that, just a trackIt does not grab the wheel in any way, nor would it cause any damage to rim of the wheelAll the track simply does is move the car forwardWhen the video footage was reviewed, we did not see nor did we hear any noise in this instanceLike we said before, this is a complaint which we have never heard ofThe wash does not even touch the rim of the carWhen something like this happens, we always revert back to our cameras because it is the most honest and reliable source of evidence that we have in our washes. We own car washes, as previously statedThis is the first complaint we have ever heard about a tire being damaged in our washWe feel that our wash did not do any damage to this car, it's simply impossible for our equipment to do something like thisWe are not interested in paying for a car repair that wasn't damaged on our premisesIf there ever was a situation where there was damage done to a vehicle, we would have no problem paying for the car repairBut in a case like this with no proof, we are not interested in fixing the "alleged" damages.Sincerely, John MZ*** Robert AZ***

August 24. 2016 Revdex.com 2800 Euclid Ave 4th Floor Cleveland, Ohio 44115-2408 Dear Sir or Madam, We are the owners of Zappy's Auto Washes, and we received a letter from your agency regarding a complaint from one of our car washes. We reviewed the attached...

customer complaint and would like to formally give you our stance on what happened in this instance. We have a full time manager on duty at all times at the wash. The owners of the wash are not there during the day. So when a complaint is made at the wash, it is the manager's job to field the complaint. We always try to make good with all of our customers because we appreciate the business and their continued loyalty. Both owners and the manager are aware of this instance at the wash. At all of our 10 locations, we have cameras (both live video and full audio) for situations like this. We wash thousands and thousands of cars a day at our locations. This particular "complaint" of an "unusual screeching and scraping" is something that we have never heard of. In fact, the track that the car is on when it proceeds through is simply that, just a track. It does not grab the wheel in any way, nor would it cause any damage to rim of the wheel. All the track simply does is move the car forward. When the video footage was reviewed, we did not see nor did we hear any noise in this instance. Like we said before, this is a complaint which we have never heard of. The wash does not even touch the rim of the car. When something like this happens, we always revert back to our cameras because it is the most honest and reliable source of evidence that we have in our washes. We own 10 car washes, as previously stated. This is the first complaint we have ever heard about a tire being damaged in our wash. We feel that our wash did not do any damage to this car, it's simply impossible for our equipment to do something like this. We are not interested in paying for a car repair that wasn't damaged on our premises. If there ever was a situation where there was damage done to a vehicle, we would have no problem paying for the car repair. But in a case like this with no proof, we are not interested in fixing the "alleged" damages.Sincerely, John M. Z[redacted]    Robert A. Z[redacted]
