I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I wanted to provide the attached documentation to prove that the instructions given by Seven Sports Inc. Customer Care in their email on March **, 2015 was followed.  The only instructions given in that email was to put "Att: Returns" along with the address of where to return.  As you can see from the copy of the [redacted] label attached I complied with those instructions.  I took it upon myself to include a copy of the packing slip (also attached here) which shows all the rest of the required information (Order # and my name and address) mentioned in Seven Sports Inc.'s response to this complaint.  I've also attached the [redacted] Proof of Delivery, further proving the return was received by Seven Sports Inc.[redacted]

Review: We ordered 2 pairs or Vedero Hi-Top Cleats from Seven Sports Inc on March **, 2015 (Order #[redacted]). We ordered 2 different sizes (size 10.5 and 11) unsure of what would be the best fit with the intention of returning one of the pairs. The 2 pairs were received in a timely manner and it appeared the size 10.5 pair was the better fit. After contacting Seven Sports customer service, we returned the size 11 pair for a refund on April *, 2015. Seven Sports did not require an RMA. On April **, 2015 after trying on the size 10.5 again it was decided these were still too big and a second order was placed for a third pair of cleats (size 10; Order #[redacted]). As of May **, 2015 we have not seen a credit for the size 11 cleats returned nor have we received the size 10 cleats from the second order. We have contacted Seven Sports, Inc. via phone and email multiple times with no resolution. Each time we communicated with a person named [redacted] has stated numerous times the size 10 cleats would be shipped. They even went so far as to give us a [redacted] tracking number which [redacted] status has read "label created" since May **, 2015. Nothing actually shipped yet. [redacted] has also stated multiple times he would process refund. We have not seen this hit our [redacted] account to date.Desired Settlement: We would like a credit for the size 11 cleats ($54.99)We would like to receive the size 10 cleatsWe would also like to return the size 10.5 cleats for a refund. We are still holding on to these until the top two issues are resolved.
