Seven Star Cleaners

Review: I brought a pair of $200 jeans to these dry cleaners. I wanted a taper and hem done on them. The cost of the service was $25. I came 2 weeks later and made a deposit of $5. After I made the payment, I was busy with school and home. I couldn't come back until July *, 2013. I went into the dry cleaners and had the rest of the bill ($20) in my hand ready to pay and pick up my jeans. I did not have my receipt. I had thrown it away when I was cleaning the clutter in my wallet out. The owner/clerk asked me my phone number and I told him. He searched it and my name came up. He told that my pair of jeans were not there anymore. I did not understand at first, but he kept shaking his head representing the absence of my denim. I asked him where my denim were and he went to check the rack. After he checked, he came back out and shook his head like before telling me my denim weren't there. He checked the computer again and it said the denim were picked up on June **, 2013. I had not made a visit to the dry cleaners before July *, 2013 or after the day I came back to make a $5 deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. The refund includes the $5 I first deposited and the whole amount I had payed for the denim. The denim were brand new I had just bought that day.
