Review: On Feb [redacted] 2014, I order 300 gallon of heating oil from Seven Star Fuel Corp. I took a picture of the tank gauge showing the tank which holds 550 gallons of oil was at the 3/8 level. On Friday the company did a delivery and when I check the guage, it was only reading 5/8. Since my order was for more than half the tank capicity, I was expecting the tank gauge to read 7/8, so I called the company on Saturday Feb * to complain. They told me to take out the guage and shake it and also to put a stick to see where the oil is. I did that and reported back to the company on Monday Feburary **. They then told me someone will call me back and after a follow up call on Wednesday, the driver of the truck call back and ask me to measure both oil tank, which I did and reported it was both measuring 26 inches on Thursday. No call from the company as promise, so I called back on Tuesday February 18 and the driver returned my call, saying that the reading is equivalent to 310 gallons, and that my tank was probably empty and not at the 3/8 level I recorded before I order the 300 gallons of heating fuel. complaint a couple of time to the company in the past, but this time it is more blatant.

Bottom line the company only delivered about 150 gallons of fuel, although it claimed it deliver 300 gallons.Desired Settlement: Delivery of 150 gallons of fuel that it did not deliver that it claimed it deliver or credit for the amount of fuel it id not deliver.
