I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
Unfortunately, I feel I must reject the response of the business owner because of the wording in his response, in particular the word, PRISTINEIf the business owner is willing to amend his response, I would be willing to accept a store credit of $15.45, for the tarot deck. Please understand, I cannot guarantee the deck will be in the PRISTINE condition the business owner is requiring as it has been sitting in the back seat of my car for the last weeksThe business owner had ample opportunity to have the tarot deck returned to him in PRISTINE condition when I tried to exchange the tarot deck the first half hour after I originally purchased it on Friday evening and in my subsequent 2nd attempt to request an exchange again days laterThe tarot deck is untouched beyond the first card or two I examined and the box is in very good condition in my opinion, and can be resold and shrink wrapped at *** ***, in *** *** if the owner so choosesSo in closing, If the business owner will agree to amend his statement to simply require me to return the tarot deck and he will provide a store credit of the amount of $without the requirement of the deck, in particular the box, being in pristine condition, I will be more than happy to accept the business owner's response and consider the case closed as the deck is still new and has not been handled beyond my first looking at a couple of cards in the box and has been sitting in my car since then

In regard to the customer request for credit of 15.45, Seven stars is willing to give the customer store credit for this amount provided the Tarot deck in question is returned in pristine condition except for the removal of the shrink wrapIn regard to this customer: for any future purchase, all
sales will be final with no refund or exchange except for defective items

Simply return the deck and the credit of 15.45 will be issued.
