We recently hired Seven Sun Windows for a window replacement and are extremely pleased to be able to highly recommend Seven Sun Windows. Zbyszek (ZZ) came to our home to evaluate our replacement window and storm door needs. ZZ was courteous, professional and did not engage in high pressure sales pitches. He spent as much time as needed to evaluate our situation, listen to our thoughts/ideas, and present the various window replacement products available;all high quality products. We were impressed with him being honest with us when our ideas did not make sense and we would be wasting our money. It was nice to have someone not pressure you to spend more money. He could have easily run with the easy installation solution. He thoughtfully determined what would work best functionally and aesthetically. He was open and honest throughout the cost estimating process. Everything was clearly explained. The cost and schedule were laid out and were met. There were no surprises. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly, professionally and politely by Justine both before and after signing the contract. We were never left hanging.
Our window replacement took two days to complete. The crew arrived promptly at the time designated and went right to work. They were professional, diligent, and efficient. By the end of the first day they had replaced all of the windows. On day two they completed the interior and exterior trim and replaced a front storm door. The interior and exterior trim work was exceptional. The storm door installation was perfect. No easy task. What you notice immediately is that these guys are experienced professionals and not a bunch of temps or new hires! When they're on the job they are attentive to the work at hand. No cell phones and no texting/phone conversations every 15 minutes as we've experienced with other contractors. On arrival they laid down material to protect all floors and carpets and cleaned up immediately as the work progressed. This included post installation vacuuming and cleaning of floors, cleaning the glass of the new windows and wiping down my dining room table after they finished eating their lunch! We were very impressed. This is one company that backs their stated slogan "Small Company That's Big on Caring for Details". This was an exceptional experience and we look forward to hiring them for future work.

We had 3, custom-sized storm doors installed by Seven Sun Windows and are extremely happy with them. The owner, ZZ, worked with us to find doors of exceptional quality that could be manufactured to our odd size requirements. This in itself was a coup because several other companies could not come up with products to meet our specifications. Secondly, the installation was a challenge in our old house with no level or square areas anywhere. ZZ worked all day to be sure that the installation of all 3 doors was perfect. So not only is the product of the highest quality, but the installation & personal attention were as well. We found the cost to be comparable with estimates from other vendors in the area (who in the end could not get the doors manufactured) and so would highly recommend Seven Sun Windows to others in the central CT area.
