After speaking with Mr. [redacted] we have come to the conclusion that we need to take another look at his vehicle. He had a problem that was...

intermittent and we could never get it to duplicate while it was here. He is worried that now the car is out of the manufacture warranty. I have let him know on this problem that there should be no charge. I gave him my personal cell number (###-###-####) so he could contact me and we can get the vehicle in here and resolve the issue. He stated he would call me when he knew the earliest time he could bring it in. Thank you

Mr. [redacted] bought his 2013 Hyundai Genesis here on January 20th 2018. I have read his complaint. Part of his complaint was that the salesman said the car was under factory warranty. have them sign a Federal AS-IS form stating the vehicle has no warranty. However we did offer Mr. Bestegui the opportunity to take advantage of the extended service plan to protect him which he declined. All that said when I found out the situation I decided to offer to pay for half the repairs. We even took the vehicle to the Hyundai store down the road to get a second opinion. As a business operator it pains us to have these type of occasional problems. I thought offering to pay half the repairs was more then fair. It is not fair to purchase a vehicle and for it to break down 3 weeks after purchase, regardless of warranties. The salesman did say it had factory warranty and my father is a witness. I did buy the vehicle without warranty with the intention to add it later where it was more affordable than the dealerships. The car had the check engine light come on since I bought it. Paying for half of the vehicle isn't enough. Why should I be in debt $26,000, just to have to pay for a new engine 3 weeks after purchase. I think it would be fair for Surprise Ford to fix the car they sold, or Hyundai to honor powertrain warranty, which is up to 60k miles or 5 years of purchase. I don't see how it's fair for me to have to come up with $8000 dollars or half out of my own pocket. I have no way of getting that kind of money. Which is the reason I bought a car in payments from a dealership, where a person would assume the car will be good for at least a little while. The only solution is for the dealership to pay to fix the car or take it back. I called Exeter and they said the dealership was able to take the car back, but surprise Ford denied.

I talked to Elle and let her know I have left Mr. [redacted] numerous messages and they are recorded in our CRM. I would really like Mr. [redacted] to meet me here at the store so we could come to a resolution to the problem. I m at a point were I would like to have this case closed because he won't communicate. Thank you

He may have a Lemon Law buy back. Unfortunately that is not between him and the dealer. That would be between him and Ford motor company. In his owners manual there is a section to proceed with that to Ford motor company. His vehicle is currently at A competitors shop waiting on an engine.

I,m sorry that this happened. I have personally have been  in the car business for 36 years. I started in service where I was a service adviser. There were many times cars under warranty would have engine failure. You can't predict when that might be. I will still pay half the expense as goodwill. As is in your response you declined any coverage and were planning on securing at a later date. I in no way shape or form gain anything from this happening. the resident’s request.   In regards to the concerns during the historic snow storm that occurred in Portland starting on the evening of January 10th, the team at Seven West worked tirelessly to manage the snow and ice accumulation across the property. [redacted]. For the fact that I'm rejecting this response is that everything u just said was a lie. I talk to the manager about our sidewalk the day my son fell he said he would get someone out there that day and get it cleared of. I have pictures on my phone of how bad it was. And for the maintenance issues we had there never came and fix one thing we told them about. This is the worst managed apartment  Complex I've ever lived at. I will not just let them take advantage of us sorry not letting this go I've wrote down everything that have not fixed for us. And all the dates we called in and told them about
