Review: My son purchased a $50 gift certificate for a massage for me as a gift . I misplaced the certificate and just found it on 11/08/15. The expiration date on the certificate was 11/07/15. I called the salon 11/10/15 to see if they would honor it and I was informed by the owner, Melissa that she would not honor the certificate. She used profanity numerous times during her ranting at me. I explained to her that I misplaced the certificate and just found it, even though she kept telling me I should have called and scheduled an apppointment to use it. I also told her that I did not believe that she could put an expiration date on gift certificates. She told me that I could call the Revdex.com and tell all my friends about her treatment of me. She ended the call by using very excessive profanity and hanging up on me.Desired Settlement: I would have appreciated the owner extending the expiration date for me to allow me to use the $50 gift certificate. Considering the abrasiveness of her demeanor I would never go to this salon to use another certificate even if it were offered at this point and would appreciate refund on my sons $50
