Seventh Wave Productions

Review: I registered and payed the entrance fee for an adventure race to be held in September of 2014. It was cancelled for fear of smoke from a forrest fire. The smoke never appeared near the vicinity of the race course on race day. I emailed the race director/coordinator for a refund and finally received a response after the 3rd email. I was told I could enter another adventure race with 100% credit toward the entrance fee. This offer is to expire on 9/28/15. The problem is that 7th Wave Productions/Big Blue Adventure never scheduled another adventure race in 2015 let alone September of 2015. I've emailed them now three times and left a voice mail once and have yet to hear a response. I payed $213.06 for my son and myself and have asked for a refund, but have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like 7th Wave Productions to refund me the full amount I payed to enter the race, $213.06.
