Purchased a travel package and now I cannot reach them to book it via the phone number they gave me
Purchased a travel package for $on November 15, Now when I call the phone number to book it is a fax machine No other contact information was provided
Mark, their "New Assistant Manager" sent me a text spam trying to entice me with a "day, night," package and mentioned a "free cruise."
When I politely texted back that I'm not interested, because a) I've bought these packages before over the years, but I'm too busy to actually use them - so they go to waste, and b) My wife and I tend to prefer higher end travel, Mark texted me back late at night (which woke up one of my kids) calling me is "Boss Man, and a Big Shot," and then he proceeded to tell me he didn't offer me anything for free - which he did - a free cruise - which is what he texted me
The reason I want to submit this complaint is so John Z*** and Christian S*** may see itAs a multiple business owner myself, I know the worst thing a business can get is a bad reputation - and the last thing VIP Promotions needs is an assistant manager of thirs texting back insulting messages to potential clients late at nightThat's a really, really bad look
