Review: 1. Attended a class reunion in August 2013 and ordered pictures on a CD the same month.2. Over the course of six months, tried to leave voice mails and send emails; voice mail or inbox was always full and couldn't leave a message.3. On 10 February 2014, finally got an email through, asking when I would receive delivery of the CD.4. Email response on 21 March 2014 from Ken Sciallo apologizing and promising to send out the CD on Monday (24 March).5. On 1 April 2014, I sent another email expressing my displeasure.6. Ken responded on 6 April apologizing again and promised to send the CD out by Wednesday (9 April).7. It's now 16 April and I still have not received the CD.Desired Settlement: I still want the CD with the pictures from the class reunion.If that's not going to happen, I want my money refunded in the amount of $30.95.
