DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! If you read nothing else, at least you read that. We chose seville because they were one of the few to return our calls. When the builder wes came out initially to assess our lot he was very pleasant and seemed really into his work, however as soon as the contract was signed everything went down hill. This was a vacation home for us and we were having to make our choices online since we are out of state. From the beginning wes complained that we were picking custom fixtures,tile and granite instead of going with what was in the model home.....why would we copy a model home when this is our CUSTOM home. Wes does not deal with you directly, he will not text or call you and instead you'll have to go through Amber. She is nice enough but cannot give you any direct answers until she speaks with wes...there were constant delays and confusion. They almost didn't pour our courtyard which was clearly in the plans from the beginning and then gave my husband and attitude about having to " add" it in, also stating he wasn't going to apologize or kiss anyones [redacted]. They made choices about our home that we never approved: putting small tile on our shower floor, switch plates that matched the wall color instead of white, and running the living room wiring to where they felt our TV should be. We ended up paying additional to tear up the shower floor, change the plates and found an amazing electrician to fix the wiring nightmare. The house itself came out nice because of our personalized choices. The workmanship was, at best, ok. There are several areas of the house that looked rushed. They definitely don't care about detail. Our master bathroom sinks leaked, the toilet ran and the kitchen faucet wasn't set up properly and the laundry closet door was painted and shut too early so when we opened it, the paint ripped off. When wes came to "assess" all the flaws he stated that we needed to purchase a new faucet. The final morning he was to come, he showed up with an attitude. Was clueless on how to install a simple curtain rod and when my husband tried to help he told us to do it ourselves. We kicked him out of our house and finished all the installations ourselves. He is in breach of our contract but we will not let this horrible person back into our home for any reason. Save yourself a huge headache and use any other builder besides this incompetent contractor.

This company was hired by my neighbor to build their home in Lake Havasu City. Seville Builders (the owner is Wes) came on to my property, used my water, and added four courses of bricks to my existing retaining wall, on my property, while I was out of town! They made this addition to the retaining wall on my property without my permission and without securing the required permits from the city.
When I contacted Wes I was given nothing but attitude. He said the owners of the property (his customers) gave him permission and when asked about the permits, he said he was in a hurry so he did not bother to get them!
Again, this is an addition to a retaining wall, on my person property. The nerve of this man and this company!
This guy should have his contractors license revoked!
