I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received when I attempted to return the itemI contacted to return b/c upon receiving the cover it was slightly baggy on the car seat and I just did not like the fit and did not feel totally comfortable putting an infant in the seat b/c I felt it could flip up and overI sent a picture upon request and explained it was baggy and I just didn't like how it fit on the car seatI received a reply stating they never had a complaint with the cover flipping up and since the description says may look bigger on an infant seat they do not accept returns for "bagginess" I do understand that even though they have never had a complaint on the item flipping off or anything and it may look baggy on a car seat, but I overall was not satisfied with the fit/look of the cover on the seatThis item was $68, which is almost half the price of a name brand car seatI was astounded that if a customer paying that much for an item is not satisfied that this company was not willing to accept a return in a timely manner and the item being unusedI expressed this to the seller/company who never once apologized for my unhappiness in their product and received a less than polite email back saying when I rate this item I make sure to include that it was pretty much my fault b/c the description states that the item will appear bigger on an infant seat vs moving to a toddler seat So buyers beware, should you buy this item and not like the look of the cover on your car seat you will not have an option of returning the item and will receive the poorest customer service you will ever receiveBasically, with how "baggy" this was on our seat it looked cheap and crappy and I totally regret buying this item but the topper was how my request for return wasn't even consideredYou are better off spending a little more money and buying a brand new car sear vs swapping out coversI feel better knowing that my newborn will be in a car seat with a cover I will not have to worry about it catching on something and flipping up and over and if he were to move or pull it offYou never know what could happen and I do not want to be the person who has something like that happen for the first time
