On August 8, 2016, I took my StLouis Cardinals coat to Sew-N-Such to inquire if they would be able to repair the mascot emblem/logo on the back of the coat The emblem is made out of felt and had begun to deteriorate at the tip where the baseball bat is I was assisted by the owner, Mary, who stated that she would have to repair the emblem with a material other than felt but that she would be able to do the repair She advised me that the repair should be completed within the next two weeks by August 23, and the cost would be $ On August 23, 2016, I called to inquire if the coat was ready to be picked up I was told that the repair had not yet been completed and to call back in a week I called back within a week and continued calling off and on for two months I was told that they had "not gotten around to it yet" because t
