ordered shirts on Feb 25. still.have not received shirts. was told she would send a tracking number once mailed. have not received. after many attempts at resolving this issue I was told several different reasons y merchandise wasn't shipped. was told she had a bad year with her daughter and buying a house. that her sis n law mailed it while she was out of town but the pid number changed and tracking changed. was first delayed because a certain color was not in stock but when I asked about the delay it was because a different color shirt wasn't n stock. different than what she first told. I paid thru [redacted] and she did refund my money because of the delay but also said she was mailing the shirts with tracking number and she has not. Desired SettlementI would like the merchandise I ordered to be mailed to me as promised.Business Response The buyer received the merchandise and also received a refund as well. I was not aware of this review until recently. I can also provide tracking as well that I gave the buyer her shirts along with refund.

I love Sew Syna, I have ordered all my shirts and daughters outfits from her. I highly recommend her to anyone. I do not understand her low rating on here, because everyone I talk to goes to her. Just wanted to submit my review. -Jennifer","pos-1

Purchased product form seller (Sew Syna). Was told on many occasions we would meet for me to pick up the product until it came to the point where she would not reply to any of my forms of contact. It was almost a full month. When I was told It would have been 2 weeks max. With out any warning or any word form her I found out she did refund my money however. But this is ridiculous!Desired SettlementNo settlement needed just wanted to get her (Sew Syna) info out there. Business Response Hi, I recently received the notice of a complaint being filed. I responded to her every time she messaged me. However, for a couple of days due to ice we were out of internet. I explained this to her. I sent her a message via email informing her of her refund. I made the shirt for her and my machine did not tack down the stitch and I noticed it starting to unravel. So I (Sew Syna) gave her a refund and also told her when my machine was fixed I would remake it for her at no cost. I have all the emails as well as the refund receipt where I put that I apologized and explained what happened. I would not send the shirt out because I did not want her shirt to mess up before her daughter got to wear it. I also told her I had others in front of her and I would be getting to her soon. Her invoice was sent out on Jan 13th and paid Jan 15th I believe. I refunded her money on Feb 3rd with the explanation of what happened. I also sent her a message from my business on Facebook. I tried settling with her before she filed the complaint.
