To Whom it May Concern, We received notice of a complaint from *** *** for an order (#***) placed on October 5, The client paid to rush the order which should have shipped on the 15thOur company pushed them ahead to ship them early on the 12th as a courtesy
The package was delivered on October 14th, tracking number ***. We received an email on from the client on October 24th stating that there was a snag in one gown and that the seam was off on the other and demanded a refund on the gownsOur policy, which the client agreed to when purchasing the gowns via a radial button stating “I have read and agree to the store return/exchange policies,” is that we must be notified within hours of delivery if there is damage to the gownsFurthermore we only allow returns/exchanges if we are notified within business days of delivery which she was within the return/exchange time frameWe do charge a 30% restocking fee for returned gowns and only process refunds after the gowns have been returned and inspected for wear as it is not uncommon for clients to wear our formal gowns for their event and try to return them afterwardThe client demanded that we promise a full refund prior to receiving the gownsWe stated we would process any due refund after the gowns have been received and inspected, and if there was an issue with quality or damage caused by our store we would refund accordinglyWe have yet to receive any return items or correspondence from this client.
