Sent items back for warranty work/replacement. No response.
Sent products back to business that had a "lifetime" warranty on them. They were sent UPS and show delivered April 10, 2017 and signed for by "Garcia" No response and it is now May 26, 2017. I have called the customer service number many times and all you get is a recording. I have left message after message by telephone, I have sent electronic messages via email and facebook page and have not received a response. You simply cannot get anyone to answer the phone there. I am thinking of driving to the business, as I am only 2 hours away, but I don't want to end up in a confrontation at the business.
I would like a working product. If that is not possible, I would like my money back.
On June 23, 2017, I finally received my headlights back in working order.
