This company is very unreliableI regret tremendously buying the sewer camera from them yes it was a little cheaper but it has been way more expensiveFirst we bought it in october of and charged us then but didnt receive the machine until feb or march of Then the camera head stop working to send it back I had to pay for it and then they claimed that it wasnt covered in the warranty so I had to pay for the repair on a less than year old machine that we have barely use and they charged us for the shipping it backTo make matters worse they claimed to be very busy and pretty much wasnt their fault that they are too busy and their main technician was sick and it has taken them over months since I sent the machine to send it backI would never EVER will buy anything from them again and I do not recommend anyone doesReally the most pathetic service everNot even an apology once for their horrible customer service!

We sent in an item for repair and have not received it back, no communication from company, will not return phone calls or even answer the phone

Our camera head went bad, still under warranty the company will not honor the warrantyWe only used this camera as a back up and had issues from day one, The camera is not well built the connections are flimsy
They company said "the camera head was smashed" I sent the camera and head back fully intact and they do not want to warrenty it, I asked to see a picture of the smashed head and they will not send me one, beware of this company
