This business is ran by *** and Brother *** They came out to my 71 year old recetly widowed mother's house, took a check for $3700 and had her sign a contract for $4700.for snaking and video diagnosing a septic issue. They advertise open 24 hours and at the initial visit, they said no emergency charge yet charged $149 for an emergency on the contract. They cashed her check at her back so she couldn't stop payment. The contract also itemized over $2700 of this charge for something they didn't do. They then charged $997 for replacement of 9 ft of pipe. They were told that I was coming down to talk with them before they do any work the next day. They were then told by my mom when they got there at 9 am that she was leaving for an appointment and don't do anything until her son came down. I arrived later in the morning and they were sitting there waiting with an intimidating crew of 5 and said they already finished and her are pictures and the pipe they replaced. They didn't call *** and wait the 48 required hours for utilities to come mark and violated three day right of recision. They only replaced 5'9" of pipe and not the whole 15 feet of pipe. The total job correctly done with replacing all 15 foot of pipe and draining the septic should have ran around $1800 quoted by other legit businesses later. After trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to correct the work, they were uncooperative and hostile and repeatedly tried calling my mother and I upsetting her after they were told o my communicate with me the son. And threatened to go after her for the other thousand she owed, hold her 10 warranty hostage they promised, and accused us of a told us to stop harrassing him! He never reflected any 10% off on his contract that he adversied for seniors , veterans or new customers, like he adversied and he uses this to Target vulnerable customers in my opinion. He claims to be licensed yet his business Corp shows involuntarily revoked on Illinois cybedrive and neither he or his brother reflect any active plumbing license or septic license on Illinois website for public health or professional regulation. He has repeatedly changed business name's to operate his deceptive practices over the years. One other name is *** In my opinion, he is commiting addrivated home repair Fraud to a senior Deceptive Practice, violated 3 day right of recision, violated utilities a t by digging before calling *** and wait the required 48 hours and put people at risk digging unsafley near power lines by air conditioning unit, operating without a business license , operating without an appropriate license for the work . He and his brother also go in to his Google site and act like they are customers giving positive Google reviews to boost their ratings which bury negative reviiand boost him to show up higher when people search his business.There are similar court cases in will county going back to 20/5 from current open cases of deceptive practice. He also did not replace the whole Now we.must.get another.business to correct the work that he did, and are talking the proper legal action against him. I discontinued trying to communicate with him after he claimed my communication text would be considered harassing. So I . taking this time to communicate with him and will continue to write reviews here and other social sites with the facts with the hopes it helps to keep others from being taken advantage of.
