I must apologize for the inconvenience this has causedWhen I arrived back into town I did issue a check for the cost of the drain cleaning and until this time was not aware that you had not received the check via mailI did this morning have a check placed in the mailbox of the home and do again apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused

The sidewalk has been removed at this timeThe city of Bexley has already inspected the forms and approved the work for the cement to be placedWe attempted to pour the concrete today but there was no water at the site so we will bring our own on Tuesday and pour the pad.The yard will look like that as you were told it would until it has settled probably another two months or soWe did dig a large ditch that will take time for the dirt to settleYou were also advised that the insurance will reimburse you up to two hundred dollars for additional work to be done by a landscaper once the yard has settledIf you are covered for that in your policyThis company will not reimburse you for the concrete at any pointWe have went beyond what is needed to fulfill a good role as a company

I am very sorry for the outcome yesterday but I was dealing with a family emergency and had to cut the customer offI tried to tell her that she would receive a call this morning but she would not listen and kept talkingIn the conversation with her husband he was explained that it would take several weeks for the excavated area around the sidewalk to settle and that we would make the repair then With this being said we have started the process today of having the sidewalk pad removed and will replace the sidewalk after the city of Bexley inspects the formsAnother thing that this customer does not realize is that they did not pay this company for the loss of income to the company for missing the original day that they missedI explained to the customer that we would need to gain entrance to the home the day we were to do the excavation and she failed to tell her husband this so when we showed up with the city of Bexley to do the work they were not home and that the city left there water off due to the fact they were not there to allow us to perform the workOn That day this company took a loss of revenue in the amount of dollars and have not been able to re-coup for this loss

As I explained in my complaint there was a mistake made with the original date, I owned up to thatAt no time did the company tell us if a loss of incomeIt's been weeks since the excavation and at the time you talked to my husband you said nothing of loss of income and we had heard nothing since with our yard looking horrible You were extremely short with me on the phone, you said can I call you RIGHT back not tomorrow and I just said please as I would like to get this resolved and I heard a click When you are dealing with $and we don't see anything happening or heard anything, and had to call you to find out the situation we felt at a lossAs I'm sure you can understandAnd now only after all this has happened you are doing something about it todayWhat happens if the sidewalk doesn't need repair? It doesn't look like it needs repair? At that time will you reimburse?

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI do believe that things that were said that we were "advised of" are not completely accurateYes the $$ for the landscaping, but no on a few other thingsI have also had neighbors state that when they have had the same work done that their yards were not left like thatI will accept this as they are now doing the workThe customer is not always right, I do believe that, but neither is a business

As I explained in my complaint there was a mistake made with the original date, I owned up to that.. At no time did the company tell us if a loss of income... It's been 4 weeks since the excavation and at the time you talked to my husband you said nothing of loss of income and we had heard nothing since with our yard looking horrible.  You were extremely short with me on the phone, you said can I call you RIGHT back not tomorrow and I just said please as I would like to get this resolved and I heard a click.  When you are dealing with $580 and we don't see anything happening or heard anything, and had to call you to find out the situation we felt at a loss... As I'm sure you can understand. And now only after all this has happened you are doing something about it today. What happens if the sidewalk doesn't need repair? It doesn't look like it needs repair? At that time will you reimburse?

several weeks for the excavated area around the sidewalk to settle and that we would make the repair then.  With this being said we have started the process today of having the sidewalk pad removed and will replace the sidewalk after the city of Bexley inspects the forms. Another thing that this customer does not realize is that they did not pay this company for the loss of income to the company for missing the original day that they missed. I explained to the customer that we would need to gain entrance to the home the day we were to do the excavation and she failed to tell her husband this so when we showed up with the city of Bexley to do the work they were not home and that the city left there water off due to the fact they were not there to allow us to perform the work. On That day this company took a loss of revenue in the amount of 830.00 dollars and have not been able to re-coup for this loss.
