Hi ***, I do apologize for the service if the clients were not happy and would, and happily refund the $I did review the video and do not feel my Sewer Pipe Inspector did anything wrong except to say that after the clean and rescope “addition recommendations may be necessary after rescope” and the client should have been told that verbally as that is what they are trained to say, but I was not there and do not know what was saidMy office is to catch it as wellWe See additional problems all the time after a line is cleaned professionallyWe also clean linesWhen we say a line needs to be cleaned and rescoped it always becomes a fight with the homeowners and other companies try to make themselves appear betterThe line I saw was very dirty with grease, soap, some roots, and the best condition [redacted] pipe I’ve seen, and definitely needed a clean and rescope, even if repairs were recommended by the other companiesOur videos are usually much clearer and hi-def., compared to most companies and I am positive they could see the line “Clearly” after it was cleaned as we recommendedI was disappointed that I did not know about the situation immediatelyI read the Revdex.com letter and thought the “Bunch of Clowns” statement was extremely unprofessional and possibly slanderous as that statement, as said, is to cause damage to my company once printed on the Revdex.com siteI would never say or repeat that about any Pillar to Post franchise owner or inspector or any other of the 1,plus Home Inspectors we deal with as I don’t know them, or their resume, and would never say anything to make myself sound uneducated and unprofessional , and my Inspectors are trained to NOT make judgement on any Home InspectorsMy company does over six hundred inspections a month, at this time, and growing, and we are one of the only true Sewer Scope Inspection companies that are Licensed and Bonded Drain Layers, and Right of Way Pipe and Concrete Contractors throughout the [redacted] and other CitiesWe are also Licensed and Bonded Septic Onsite Waste Water Installation ContractorsI have been doing this since The Inspector that came to the home is one of my newest Inspectors but has over ten years of experience as a Drain Layer and pipe repair Supervisor, and have known him for years before I asked him to come work for me, yes he missed [redacted] but it would have been caught after a clean and rescope, AS IT DIDI am sending this letter to the Revdex.com as my response and will be sent to all my inspectors as well for training purposesI hope I did cover the issues, and hope you are satisfied with my responseThank you, [redacted] Owner/President of Sewer Scope LLC cell- [redacted]

The "bunch of clowns" reference was to the fact that we tried three separate times to reach out to you to resolve this issue before going through the Revdex.comNot the way I would expect a professional organization to handle their clienteleI appreciate the refund however Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi [redacted], I do apologize for the service if the clients were not happy and would, and happily refund the $99.00. I did review the video and do not feel my Sewer Pipe Inspector did anything wrong except to say that after the clean and rescope “addition recommendations may be necessary after rescope”...

and the client should have been told that verbally as that is what they are trained to say, but I was not there and do not know what was said. My office is to catch it as well. We See additional problems all the time after a line is cleaned professionally. We also clean lines. When we say a line needs to be cleaned and rescoped it always becomes a fight with the homeowners and other companies try to make themselves appear better. The line I saw was very dirty with grease, soap, some roots, and the best condition [redacted] pipe I’ve seen, and definitely needed a clean and rescope, even if repairs were recommended by the other companies. Our videos are usually much clearer and hi-def., compared to most companies and I am positive they could see the line “Clearly” after it was cleaned as we recommended. I was disappointed that I did not know about the situation immediately. I read the Revdex.com letter and thought the “Bunch of Clowns” statement was extremely unprofessional and possibly slanderous as that statement, as said, is to cause damage to my company once printed on the Revdex.com site. I would never say or repeat that about any Pillar to Post franchise owner or inspector or any other of the 1,000 plus Home Inspectors we deal with as I don’t know them, or their resume, and would never say anything to make myself sound uneducated and unprofessional , and my Inspectors are trained to NOT make judgement on any Home Inspectors. My company does over six hundred inspections a month, at this time, and growing, and we are one of the only true Sewer Scope Inspection companies that are Licensed and Bonded Drain Layers, and Right of Way Pipe and Concrete Contractors throughout the [redacted] and other Cities. We are also Licensed and Bonded Septic Onsite Waste Water Installation Contractors. I have been doing this since 1979. The Inspector that came to the home is one of my newest Inspectors but has over ten years of experience as a Drain Layer and pipe repair Supervisor, and have known him for years before I asked him to come work for me, yes he missed [redacted] but it would have been caught after a clean and rescope, AS IT DID. I am sending this letter to the Revdex.com as my response and will be sent to all my inspectors as well for training purposes. I hope I did cover the issues, and hope you are satisfied with my response. Thank you, [redacted]. Owner/President of Sewer Scope LLC  cell- [redacted]
