Well I just had a pool installed and extensive paver work performed there were things I was not happy with during the process I called *** the owner and although I was skeptical He came through with flying colors I had some sinking pavers- had an elevation problem ( I thought) But what Bill and his team did in the way of customer service is better than I could have ever expectedMy Pavers and pool are perfect- not only that Bill was Kind and thoughtful and communicated with me through the entire process Highly recommend them!!!

Had the owner stop by for an estimate, he was polite and seemed professional, even did a little picture of a proposed pool We never heard back I contacted the owner twice over two months, both times receiving verbal confirmation a quote was forthcoming It never came so we went with another contractor Then a Quality Pools driver in a truck with a logo ran my wife of the road in our mph Plantation Point neighborhood prompting me to relate my poor customer service experience on several online platforms The few other customers I've found have half-hearted endorsements suggesting finding other estimates Most indicated some local connection that made them feel obligated to try Quality Pools You get the feeling the company used to do good business
