Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below1) Business indicates that customer (myself) received the product TOTALLY FALSE I made a payment in FULL in November for a Singer Sewing Machine that included shipping costs to my residence The promptly took my money and have come up with EVERY excuse from Sewing Machines Plus giving bad tracking numbersConWay Freight Shipping, promises, statements "Never seen this happen", "We can't believe it", etc etc on and on2) I have talked to Conway shipping and $approximately is owed by either Singer or Sewing Machines Plus- Why doesn't someone just PAY IT vs this dilemna? 3) Today, Conway said they didn't have the paperwork It was scheduled for delivery on Dec 31st STILL DON'T HAVE IT - JUST "TALK" about wanting to fully satisfy the customer Tell me all about it Right!!! According to my records all attachments sent to us have been responded to. We will resubmit all work that has been done since May 30th to the clients and push them through our credit repair if their credit has been dinged. Through out this process any negative marks made by the resort is

*** * *** Ms*** paid another company called Discover BTSE to assist her with a timeshare cancellation. We were never paid by Ms*** or Discover to remove her name from her timeshare contractWe were working on her pro bono as a favor to Discover BTSE along with other clients who
were also pro bonoHer salesperson’s name is not listed but *** *** has never been to Ohio or sold any timeshare cancellations to any clients who were recruited through Discover BTSE The batch of clients we did receive from Discover were sold by a *** *** *** * *** ***Any refund would need to be with the company she originally purchased with. Ms***’s last communication with us was Jan6, via email, not Nov28, as she has stated. She mentioned she was worried about her credit when we spoke to her in January. We asked her to forward any negative marks if there were any. The marks would have been illegal and we would assist her in having them removed immediately. Ms*** decided to file a complaint with the Revdex.com instead of continuing to work with us. If Ms*** would like to continue the process we are glad to help

I have went back and fourth with this issue for 3months nowI am fed up, and I have lost alot of money already.
I am returning on my own expense, I no longer want to get the run around about the issue, and I don't trust that the machine will be fixedI already listened to claims that the sound that the machine was making is ok as long as it is sewing and now the issue is worstHaven't used in a month since May 28th when the machine locked upIm expected to keep a machine that hasn't acted normally for the last months and I am expected to pay on it for 5yrsAnd more monthsNo, I am not satisfied with the response, the issue should have been looked into when I started complaining months ago.

Hi, the machine was delivered to the customer yesterdayIt did take longer than usual because of the holiday seasonThe Conway Freight Pro # does state that the machine was delivered on January 7thThis order did have some peculiar issues with itbut as of today the customer has the machine. Hi, we spoke to our customer on 1/and we offered her a $gift certificate because her machine that she bought from us had some use on itAt this point we believe our customer is happy

Ms. [redacted] hired us to assist her in removing her name from her timeshare with GrandSeas.  During the process GrandSeas switched ownership and became Exploria. This does prolong the process.  Ms. [redacted] did not sign a contract with Exploria and it is a red tape issue.  If Ms....

[redacted] would have allowed us to continue working towards a cancellation her name would already be removed from the timeshare. In June 2015 she received a notice from a 3rd party debt collector.  We did stop the collection attempt, but when the collection agency attempted to extract money from her illegally she decided she wanted a refund.   In July Ms. [redacted]’s credit was illegally marked by a third party debt collection agency during our process and we put her through our credit repair to remove any negative marks. Through our process all negative credit marks were removed. Furthermore, we do not have proof that she actually sent the cease and desist letter to the third party debt collector to prevent her credit from being marked in the first place.  We have done everything on our end to move forward to a cancellation of contract for Ms. [redacted].  To date I do not have proof Ms. [redacted] is still in a timeshare contract.  If she is we would be glad to finish a cancellation for her.
