Do not do business with this online companyI ordered patterns in Feb, was charged for them through my visa debit but never received the orderMy first email contact was replied to with the report that the order had been shipped on March 10thI waited a few more days then emailed again with no responsePhone calls produced only an answering service with no follow throughcontacts in all to get the problem resolved with zero response....never once had the opportunity to talk to a customer service person directly

Have not received delivery and it's been over weeks Purchased patterns - Kwik Sew and Burda on May 29, It was paid in full on that date via PayPal I have confirmed it was paid - $total Received order confirmation On Monday, June 13, I still had not received patterns Received email on June 14th telling me it had been forwarded to shipping department To date I have not heard a word from shipping, received patterns or gotten a delivery notification I have tried to call - one phone number says [redacted] something and the other is disconnected I have emailed more times with no response

I've used this online sewing pattern retailer for the first time about a month ago I've order several paper patterns and was expecting to receive it in the mail a week or so after placing the order, but alasMy first course of action was to go the website to track the status of my order: it was a bit of a shock to see that they had no customer portal that allowed this type of activity! I was concerned that the site was bogus due to the fact that any attempt to find "contact us" information resulted on web page errors Was I being scammed?! I referred to the invoice I received when placing my online order and send an email inquiring to the status of my order I was very relieved to receive a reply a day later, informing me that one of the patterns was on backorder A week later I've received my package I'm happy with the product - it is offered at a very reasonable price, but it seems that sewingpatterns.com is a small operation, and providing customer service is a challenge

This company is a scam There is no problem taking your money but getting the downloaded pattern is something else again There is software 'printsew' that they want you to install in order to print your pattern check this out carefully before you do Security issues may be a concern

Ordered sewing pattern from company on August They charged my credit card but did not send item, nor respond to email query
On August 2018, I ordered the following pattern as a guest at the sewingpatterns.com website:
"Butterick Patterns BMisses' Pullover V-Neck Dresses, Size E5."
The website indicated that my transaction was "approved", but did not offer me an order number, nor did I receive a confirmatory email
My credit card statement shows that sewingpatterns.com charged my VISA card $for this item on the same day I placed the order, but since then I have not received this pattern nor had any contact at all from the company
On August 2018, I contacted the seller at the email address listed on their web site (***@sewingpatterns.com) to ask about the status of my order, but I have received no response

I haven't received products
On April 13, 2016, I purchased two patterns I received an e-mail receipt confirmation, paid ($17.48) and was charged on April 14, 2016, but have yet to received the patterns I've e-mailed two times (attached) and called their XXX-XXX-XXXX phone number I was greeted with: "The Jack Customer you have reached is not available at this time." I also called a phone number which is reflected in my bank statement XXX-XXX-XXXX but only to be answered by a "resident" who know nothing of my purchase Therefore, I called my bank and advised of the situation; they filed a complaint on my behalf

I ordered a paper pattern on May 3, My PayPal account was charged immediatelyI expected to receive the pattern within a week, as I live in California, where the company is baseddays later, I decided to contact themI used the contact form on their website, the phone number listed on the website, and emailed directly, referencing my order numberI received no response whateverAfter reading other reviews online, I realized I was probably going to get nowhere dealing with themI filed a dispute with PayPal, and received my money back on May I have yet to hear one word from SewingPatterns.com regarding my orderThis is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced doing business online

they did not send my order which they charged me for it and made fraudulent charges on my card and my bank called me about it
I ordered from sewing pattern.com on November 23/patt#*** for 4.99+ shipping the total was $i never got a confirmation not a time of deliveryi tried log in it did not let me I tried emailing and got no answerand yesterday I got an email from the bank for charges that looked fraudulent and it was I taled them that my last charge on that card was for the patterns and today I was looking again to contact them and googled a phone number and I cam e up with reading about company fraud other people wright the same please look in to it

I ordered several patterns from this company weeks ago have have yet to receive themI have contacted this company twice via email and no responseI did a search online to see if I can find anything going on with this company and lead me here to find tons of negative reviews as well as on their Facebook page
Please mail me my patterns and if you do not have them please issue me a refundI have opened a claim with *** for my order

Do not do business with this online company. I ordered 3 patterns in Feb, was charged for them through my visa debit but never received the order. My first email contact was replied to with the report that the order had been shipped on March 10th. I waited a few more days then emailed again with no response. Phone calls produced only an answering service with no follow through. 5 contacts in all to get the problem resolved with zero response....never once had the opportunity to talk to a customer service person directly.

This company is a scam. There is no problem taking your money but getting the downloaded pattern is something else again.
There is software 'printsew' that they want you to install in order to print your pattern.
check this out carefully before you do. Security issues may be a concern.
