All of customer's concerns were addressed the week of 12/20/

rejecting this response because: On Wednesday (Dec 2015), I came home to find that not only had they replaced the dead arborvitae trees on the one side (as I directed), but they also dug up and replaced the full, approximately feet (maybe more) arborvitae trees on the other side of the house (a huge mistake by the business). The trees I purchased were only supposed to be used to replace some dead arborvitaes -- all on the side of the garage.I sent an email to the business (on Wed., Dec 2015) explaining that their crew had made a major mistake. I fully explained (in the email) what happened and asked for the business to reply (in writing) of how they suggest to rectify this. I stated in the email that I will follow up the email with a phone call as soon as I send the email. I did, and spoke to the same representative as I had on Dec and Dec 2015. He apologized for what happened and stated he'll get with his boss to discuss how to address what happened. I told him I'll certainly be reasonable, but considering the trees were fully alive, and approximately feet tall (maybe taller), and had been here since I had the house built (in 2003), the trees were full and mature. Note: I've copied the text from the email I sent on Wed, Dec and have enclosed it as an attachment here.The arborvitae trees I originally purchased on Nov were tagged on Nov and were supposed to replace only the dead ones (i.einstalled the week of Nov 2015}. These instructions were clearly communicated to the Business Representative to whom I spoke on Friday, Dec and again on Friday, Dec 2015. He acknowledged this and said he would have his crew replace the dead trees as soon as they got some more trees in. I asked why it was taking so long to plant trees that I fully paid for in Nov (including installation). He said they had to get more trees. I asked what happened to the trees I bought and tagged when I was there. He said something happened to them and animals had eaten some of the trees.After my original complaint here (via The Revdex.com), the company contacted me on approximately Dec 2015. I called them back on Dec 2015. The Business Rep (who left his name in a voicemail on Dec 2015) told me the trees would be installed the next week (week of 14-Dec 2015). When nothing transpired the next week and no communication was received from the business (phone or email), I called again on Dec 2015. I was then told that my original trees had been destroyed by animals and that some of the company personnel would be purchasing more trees. I also asked why no one was keeping me informed. The representative apologized for that. I asked that he send me an email so I would have some kind of acknowledgement. To date (Dec 2015), I have not received any response. I had planned to contact them tomorrow (Dec 2015), giving them a week since I notified them. However, when I saw the business reply forwarded to me from The Revdex.com that the issue was resolved, I decided I need to reply here
