This was, hands down, the most horrible car shopping experience I've ever hadI should have checked the Revdex.com before trying to purchaseThis dealership has a very well deserved D-
My year old son, my husband and I stopped by on a Thursday eveningThey were closed so we were just going to browse the lot, however, the owner and his son were there, so they were nice enough to help us and even offered to let us test drive the vehicle we were interested in (a Scion TC)
We checked out the car the best we could in the dark and my husband worked out a deal with the owner's son and they agreed to do paperwork the following day as long as we were still interested in the vehicleAt this point we were super happy and thought we had found a great dealership
The next day a check was taken to the dealership and documents were signedWe had a completed bill of sale and a receipt for payment in handMy husband and I were planning on picking up the car after work that evening
A few hours after the deal was done, the owner of the dealership called and said that he would not honor the deal his son made with us (he wanted to raise the price $1000)
My husband and I went to the dealership after work to discuss everything and they absolutely refused to honor the dealSince we had not "taken delivery" of the vehicle and driven it off the lot, the owner said it technically was not oursIt wasn't worth calling the police or getting lawyers involved so we said what we needed to say about how awful their business was (meanwhile, the owner repeatedly told us how honest he was and how he ran an honorable business) and we got the check back and left
In the end, my son was punished because of a deal the owner's son madeThere was absolutely no honesty and certainly no integrity at allPLEASE please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Fraudulent charges!On the 25th of June I rented a budget truck from this location... the normal price was 19.99...but there was a promotion for 25% off online...and I was told [redacted] would honor that... not only did she NOT honor it...she charged me an additional day which is FRAUDULENT! I returned the truck that night... and she tried to charge me for an additional day.... resulting in an unnecessary charge... [redacted] ended up charging me $137.31 for a one day truck rental...that if I calculated it right, SHOULD BE $14.99/day plus $0.44/mile, I drove 176 miles... so the TOTAL should be NO MORE than $98.91 INCLUDING THE TAX! this place is scamming me of my money!!!Desired SettlementI would like a refund in the difference of what I calculated, which is $38.40... and no less..because I was overcharged I feel that this place was unethical in conducting business..and I will never do business with them ever again... Thank you
